These terms apply to your use of this website and the free book we send you. The website is run by Molly & Stanley Adventures ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using this website

You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, sending automated requests or signing up other people without their permission. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website at any time.

The free book

When you sign up, we send you a free digital copy of Volume 1 of Molly & Stanley Adventures. It is for you and your family to read and enjoy at home, on screen or printed. You may not sell it, share the file publicly, upload it to other websites or use it for any commercial purpose. One free copy is available per email address.

Our emails

Signing up for the free book also adds you to our email list, as explained next to the signup form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Patreon membership

Paid memberships are sold and managed by Patreon, not on this website. Prices, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under Patreon’s own terms, which you accept when you join. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Our content

The stories, illustrations, photographs, characters, names and logos on this website and in our books belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them without our written permission, except as these terms allow.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as Patreon and social media. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility to you

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for any business loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
